At YIFAN Business Services LTD, we strive to provide excellent travel services and client satisfaction. However, since we work with third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, visa agencies), our refund policy is subject to their terms and conditions as well.

This policy outlines when and how clients may request a refund.


2. General Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • The service purchased (e.g. airline ticket, visa processing, hotel booking) is eligible for refund based on the supplier’s policy.

  • The client submits a valid refund request within the allowed time period.

  • Refund requests must include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and justification for the refund.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Flight tickets marked as non-refundable by the airline

  • Visa application fees once processing has begun

  • Hotel bookings made under “no refund” or “non-cancellable” terms

  • Travel insurance premiums after issuance

  • Service fees and administrative charges paid to YIFAN Business Services LTD


4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:

  • The airline or service provider issues only a portion of the ticket value

  • A booking was canceled after the allowable free cancellation window

  • The client missed a deadline, but partial services can still be recovered


5. Processing Time

  • Refunds may take between 7 to 30 business days to process, depending on the provider.

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.


6. Service Fees

YIFAN Business Services LTD may deduct administrative fees from the refund to cover costs incurred during the processing or cancellation of a service.


7. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the client must:

  1. Email yifanbusinessservicesltd@gmail.com with the subject: “Refund Request – [Your Name]”

  2. Provide:

    • Full name

    • Date of purchase

    • Reason for refund

    • Supporting documents (e.g. ticket, receipt, booking confirmation)

  3. Wait for our confirmation and further steps.


8. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may contact our customer care team. Any unresolved disputes will be handled under the laws of Ghana.
